Born and raised in Charlotte, Anne has in-depth knowledge of the region. She understands the importance of location, accessibility and the impact it has on personal and professional lives. The Lake Norman area is also near and dear to her heart, after calling it home with her family for the past 25+ years. She recognizes the unique characteristics each Lake Norman town has to offer and is excited to share her local expertise and insight with others.

 

Before working for Nest, Anne was an educator for 18 years, teaching at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, specializing in helping students with learning challenges and speakers of other languages find their own light and talents within themselves through the power of education. From this experience, Anne understands the value of educating and advocating for her clients during the home-buying and selling process.

 

Knowing what to expect and demystifying the process make it a much less stressful and more rewarding journey, and she strives to create this elevated level of support for her clients.In her free time, Anne enjoys catching the latest shows of her fave musicians along with her high-school-aged twins, whether it be in town or jetting to another city. She also frequently visits her happy place in the Lowcountry of South Carolina for beaching with family and friends.
